UNC Health Multispecialty Care at Goldsboro

We provide primary care, pulmonary services and neurological services to patients ages 18 and older.  Our clinicians treat most adult neurological conditions, such as epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, neurocognitive disorders, Parkinson’s disease, movement disorders and more. Our handicapped accessible office offers same-day testing in our on-site lab.
